Yesterday Messi sported the 2012 adidas F50 adizero II when Argentina matched up against the flying eagles. With this debut adidas is able to create hype around the release and what a better way to get attention to the boot then by putting them on Messi so the world can see. The color way he debuted is the McDonald’s color way which was a yellow/red/white color way.
Rather than give Messi a blacked out pair to test adidas let him wear one of the soon to be released color ways. These boots are expected to be released in 2012 and based on the fact that Messi is already wearing them could mean that adidas will release the launch of these boots earlier than expected.
