Nike CTR360 Maestri II blurb.

With no introduction needed here is the latest CTR360 two tone color way to hit the pitches. In terms of sale/popularity on the pitch i am not afraid to say that in the past decade the CTR has been one of the best boots Nike has ever produced. Rather than focus on speed and weight Nike decided to cater to the athletes/players and created a boot for the overall game that was centered/focussed around touch/control.

The fit on the CTR is fantastic because Nike went with a off center lacing scheme that i like to call the athletic fit that mirrors the shape of your foot. With the off center lacing the boot is more of a normal width which allows almost anyone with a semi medium to wide footwear the ability to wear these boots. Furthermore, with the combination of the unique upper along with the shape/last of the boot Nike was able to create one of the most comfortable boots on the market. With this release Nike seemed to have perfected the Kanga-lite material as this version is slightly softer than the original Maestri.

Nike has also added several new comfort elements, such as a swede lined heel as well as a slightly thicker tongue. The sole plate is also very good as you get almost no stud pressure. Other than that, this is one of the most comfortable, best fitting boots on the market right now in the control category that comes at a very realistic price of $180.
