CR7 testing the Vapor 8...

In recent weeks Ronaldo has been playing in the current superfly 3 but in training he has been testing the Spring 2012 Vapor8 which will be unlike the past couple of vapor releases where the boots do not have a lock down effect and many consumers including myself feel like the boots did not mold to their feet. With the current Vapor the outsole is stiff and the upper is like a foreign object and does not mold to your foot or even resemble leather which in my opinion should be every manufacturers dream/goal. Which is to provide a synthetic boot that resembles the components of leather and offers a awesome lock down. When I say lockdown affect I am talking about when you put a boot on it seems like the boot was made just for you.

Whenever I first trial a boot I usually come to a conclusion If the boot is for me in the first 5 minutes because in my opinion a boot should seriously fit like a sock/glove.

This new vapor will be very unique because it features a very unique upper which is synthetic but so soft that with your finger you can indent it. The lock down effect will also be very tight in that with the new upper of the boot should wrap around your foot which was the problem of the last vapor. The boot along with the upper was not form fitting which frustrated many consumers because it was stiff and felt abrasive on the foot.

In the end, only time will tell how consumers like the vapor 8 but I am just glad that instead of a color change they changed the whole boot from the outsole to the upper which is what I think many consumers have wanted for a while. Boot launched Spring 2012 and have a price of $200.00. With this release it signifies the end of the SuperFly3 so if you are a fan if the once concept boot you should incest now because they are coming to an end.
