When picking a pair of boots you need to decide if you would like leather or synthetic. A lot of young players are attracted to synthetic boots but in fact if they looked closer and did their research and actually tried on the boots for feel rather then looks they would notice that the leather boots offer great touch, ball feel, and mold to the shape of your foot. Why do you think that players such as Messi choose the leather adizero? Because it is the feel and comfort of the boot. Go to your local soccer shop and try on a leather version and a synthetic version; for example, compare the adizero series and you will notice a tremendous difference in the uppers. The leather may not be as glossy an the synthetic but it will be way more comfortable in the long run.
