I have seen Bale and a handful of other stars rocking
these weird looking socks called Trusox. What do these socks do besides look
cool? They offer a no slip lock down affect on your foot which improves the
friction between your sock and boot. As a result, your foot does not slip or
move around in your boot so it improves the overall fit of the boot. I have yet
to test out the Trusox mostly because they are not cheap but with the growing
number of professional players rocking them I might have to give them a try.
