NikeiD CTR360 III Boots

With the boot market changing so drastically and new colors coming out right and left. Many times boot nerds are left with an older color ever before they break them in. The boot manufacturers are always looking for that next best color way which usually means that you need to buy another pair of boots to stay in the current. However, I have always been about individuality and being unique on the pitch.

Personally, it drives me crazy when another player on my team or another team has the same pair of boots as me. So with the market continuously being flooded with new color ways the only option to stand out and have your own personality is by customizing your boots. Compliments to "Sharp" for the photos of his unreleased Nike CTR360 III boots customized through NikeiD. With NikeiD you are able to customize the boot the way you want it and to apply a paint job that means something to you.

With this NikeiD paint job, Sharp chose the purple to pay homage to his college while the black represents his personality on the pitch; which is all about simplicity. The black upper cemented and complimented by the purple swoosh really grabs your eyes and focuses on his name and the Swoosh. While shooting the boots Sharp explained to me the importance of being unique and that the only way to really feel like a boot was his was to customize it through NikeiD.

The CTR360 III drops 8/1 and will retail for $200. The CTR360 is a boot that has put Nike soccer on the map. The off center lacing along with the kanga lite upper has been a point of difference in the market. Since 2010, in which it was named boot of the year by many footy blogs the boot has continued to increase followers. The CTR360 is one of the most comfortable boots on the market. Rather then made for speed it focuses on total comfort and control. With this ealease it is estimated that the boot will decrease in weight to 9.2 oz which will please many CTR fans.

In the end, if you want to be unique/different there is a way and it is called NikeiD. I thought many of you would enjoy these images of these customized CTR360 III boots.
