Limited boots on EBAY?

Want the boots that no one else has? I have been searching for limited boots all over the net and recently found the place to get boots no one else has...Found these boots on ebay, it is a gamble but you can find some limited boots...

I am not even sure what these boots are... any help would be very useful!
