Ashley Cole will face
Brazil tonight and will celebrate his 100th Cap. To make the occasion
even sweeter Cole will debut a pair of personalized Nike Tiempo IV boots which
have been embroidered with some personal messages to celebrate this big event.
Furthermore, AC3, St. George cross and 100th Cap will all features
on his special boots. Cole received the boots yesterday in typical Nike fashion
by presenting them in a silky felt box.
In terms of history,
only Peter Shilton, David Beckham, Bobby Moore, Bobby Charlton, Billy Wright
and most recently England Captain Stevie G are the only players in the 100th
cap club.
Throughout his career
Cole has worn Puma and Adidas boots but when Nike decided to reinvent the
Tiempo in 2010 Cole has never looked back and has rocked the boots since then.
